Garage Wine

April and I picked, crushed and pressed enough Chardonnay for about 20 gal (100 bottles) of wine. Brix at 24, acids around .75, should be a little more full-bodied than last year's inaugural vintage.

The garage is smelling nice and yeasty right now.
